Here in the Philippines, we already have 6 active cellphone networks: Globe, Smart, Talk n' Text, Touch Mobile, Red Mobile and Sun. Unlimited calls and text are rampant on each network providers. They have rule that only the same network provider, unlimited call and text promos can be applied. Number one problem of us is the many new number prefixes of each network and that sometimes we thought it's an international one. So, to be familiar for those number prefixes. I've listed it here the numbers I only knew. If you have other numbers known which is not posted here. Please feel free to comment.
